Second Lieutenant Donald Springer Osborne

Died: October 5, 1918

Flight- Lieut. Donald S. Osborne, youngest son of Mr. R. B. Osborne, 90 Spadina Road, Toronto, was at U.C.C. in 1906- 1907. He died in a military hospital at Tedworth, England, on October 5th, 19 18, as the result of an airplane accident. He was 22 years of age and went overseas from Toronto in June of this year. He trained at Deseronto and Texas and afterwards at Beamsville and Seaside, Toronto. In England he was stationed at Upavon, Wilts, and had graduated as a Class “A” pilot.
