Died: November 25, 1916

Major Meredith was at U.C.C., and on leaving Toronto University joined the legal firm of Hellmuth, Cattanach and Meredith. Some years ago he was a member of the Q.O.R., and later of the Mississauga Horse, but retired from the militia. When war was declared, however, he joined the Q.O.R. as lieutenant, went overseas with the 95th Battalion and rose to the rank of major. Recently he was engaged in officers’ training work.
