Flight Commodore Frederick Carr Armstrong ’12

Flight Commodore F. Armstrong, son of Mr. F. Armstrong, 707 Spadina Avenue, who is now over on furlough, has received a cable that has been awarded the D.S.C. He was 22 years of age and has been in the air service two years. He was awarded the Croix de Guerre by the French Government a few months ago.
